1. When will my Order be Shipped?
Once we receive your order and the payment is successful, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays & Holidays).

2. What is the Standard Delivery time?
Normally, all items once Shipped are Delivered within 3-7 working days across India, depending on the Delivery place. However, in case of any delay, we will keep you informed. Parallelly, you can check the status of your shipment online with the help of a tracking no. which you will receive from our end once the order is confirmed & payment is received.
3. Which Logistics partner services you use to Deliver the products?
We dispatch your confirmed orders ONLY through those logistic services which have a National/International presence. So be 100% ASSURED about your order.
4. Are there any Shipping charges also?
For the convenience of our customers, we provide them multiple shipping options. Customers can choose from among the following shipping options :
a) Standard Shipping : Flat fees of Rs. 15/- per order will be applicable, irrespective of cart value.
b) Express Shipping : Min. fees of Rs. 50/- & Max. fees of Rs. 150/- will be applicable, depending on the cart value.
c) By Air : Min. fees of Rs. 150/- & Max. fees of Rs. 300/- will be applicable, depending on the cart value.
‘By Air’ shipping service will be applicable only in those cities where shipments can be dispatched by flight. We sincerely request our customers to opt for ‘Standard’ or ‘Express’ shipping if there’s no frequent flight connectivity in their city.
5. Can I change my Order details like Name, Address, email id, mobile no. after order is placed?
Once we receive your order, we will Dispatch your parcel as per the order details only. Hence, no request to change details like Name, Address, email ID, Mobile no. will be entertained under any circumstances once an order is placed.
In case wrong details are filled from your end while placing an order, request you to kindly cancel that order and place a new order with correct details.
6. Is your Packing safe?
We use only approved & safe packing material to dispatch the orders. Please note that in some states like Maharashtra, plastic is completely banned. So for any orders which have to be delivered to Maharashtra or have a transit through Maharashtra, we will pack the items in ONLY paper bags. NO PLASTIC will be used inside or outside under any circumstances.
Note : The above Shipping policies are applicable only for Domestic customers i.e. for orders to be shipped within India only.
